PulsePost Terms of Service
Operated by Nimbus Post Lab (InplexStudio) · Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms cover the use of PulsePost, a self-hosted tool that Nimbus Post Lab uses to schedule and publish content to its own social media accounts.
Who may use PulsePost
PulsePost is an internal tool. It is used only by our own team, to manage accounts that we own or are authorized to manage. It is not offered, sold or licensed to the public.
Connected accounts
- Accounts are connected only through each platform's official authorization screen.
- PulsePost acts only on the permissions granted there, such as publishing posts and videos and reading the performance of our own posts.
- Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the account in PulsePost or from the platform's own settings.
Content
We are responsible for the content we publish through PulsePost. All content must follow the terms, community guidelines and content policies of the platform it is published on, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Acceptable use
PulsePost must not be used to send spam, to impersonate others, to publish content we do not have the rights to, or to get around any platform's rate limits or rules.
Privacy
How PulsePost handles data is described in our privacy policy.
Availability and liability
PulsePost is provided as is. Publishing depends on each platform's API, which may change or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Nimbus Post Lab is not liable for posts that fail, are delayed, or are removed by a platform.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
