PulsePost Privacy Policy

Operated by Nimbus Post Lab (InplexStudio) · Last updated 27 September 2026

PulsePost is a self-hosted publishing tool. We use it to schedule and publish content to social media accounts that we own or manage — including Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky and Telegram. This policy explains what data PulsePost handles and why.

Who uses PulsePost

PulsePost is used only by our own team to manage our own business accounts. It is not offered to the public, and it does not collect data from people who view our posts.

Data we access

When an account is connected through the platform's official authorization screen, PulsePost receives only what that screen grants, for example:

PulsePost never asks for or stores social media passwords.

How the data is used

We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our own server. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are only used to call the platform's official API on our behalf. Access to the PulsePost console is protected by a private workspace token.

Retention and deletion

Access tokens are kept only while an account stays connected. Disconnecting an account in PulsePost deletes its tokens. Access can also be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings — for Pinterest, under Settings → Security → Apps, and for TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services.

Third-party platforms

Content published through PulsePost is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the platform it is published on, such as Pinterest's privacy policy and TikTok's privacy policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
